In 2015, we became a fully accredited independent Travel Agency; in 2016, we joined the Western Association of Travel Agencies (WESTA) consortia; and in 2018, we became owner/members of WESTA and remain so today.

Phillip Archer VTA is the Founder of Living Richly Brands and Chief Experience Designer at Roaming Richly Travel. With 20 years in the travel industry, he serves on the Boards of WESTA and BranchUp, leading with excellence and mentorship. Phillip manages travel for 800+ households and is known for record-breaking sales and five-star client service. He’s also a long-time volunteer supporting LGBTQ+ causes, animal welfare, and homelessness initiatives.

Employee Relations Leader/Experience Designer
With 30+ years in Human Resources, Kevin has led Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations for companies like Capital One, Salesforce, and Meta. He also guided Roaming Richly Travel’s 2020 transition to an independent agency and continues to support the team as an Experience Designer.
LeAnne Notabartolo, an Experience Designer with Roaming Richly Travel since 2019, brings 40+ years in hospitality and sales. What began as a love for travel has grown into a successful career serving clients who share her passion. A Las Vegas resident and retired Air Force wife, LeAnne and her husband, John, support local causes like AFAN, The Neon Museum, and their community food bank. She also enjoys cooking, writing, and hosting her neighborhood supper club and dining network.

After a 35-year career as a Dental Practice Consultant, Debbie Murphy joined Roaming Richly Travel as an Experience Designer, blending her love of travel with her expertise in client care. A longtime client turned team member, she’s known for her problem-solving skills and deep cruise knowledge—especially sailings from Houston and Galveston. Debbie also serves as a dedicated church leader, active in music, missions, and community outreach.

Scott Collen is a Travel Experience Designer with Roaming Richly Travel. Having retired from a successful career in logistics and technology, he now helps clients turn travel dreams into reality. Drawing from his own journeys across Ireland, Thailand, Greece, Hong Kong, and Tahiti, Scott curates meaningful, enriched travel experiences. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his husband David and will soon relocate to Porto, Portugal. Scott’s two daughters, Amanda and Averi, live in Colorado.
